All Chapters are encouraged to submit their contributions to the International Newsletter by e-mail at BKNEWSED@aol.com
Please include
your authorized chapter article in the main body of a plain
e-mail message or as a MS Word Document Attachment.
Please use proper capitalization (both lower and upper
case). Be sure to include your chapter designation and city,
i.e. "WASHINGTON I
(Seattle)" at the top of
the page. In most cases, chapter articles should be 250 to
500 words and may be edited by the Editor.
Photos may be sent via "Snail Mail" or as a high quality and
large .jpg (JPEG) e-mail attachment and must be received
before the deadlines listed above. Please do not write on
the front or back of the photo(s), but be sure to include an
accurate caption on a sticker or "Post-It" note on the back
of your mailed photo(s).

West Coast Conference Chapters! Please send in your 2008 dues! (they were due January 31st, 2008) Conference dues are based upon the number of members you had when you processed your annual Blue Knights International renewals for 2008, which should have gone in to Bangor before January 31st, to keep your chapter charter active. Dues are $1 (US funds) per member and should be sent to: Gary Stevens, Blue Knights West Coast Conference Treasurer 27417 Webster Road East. Graham, WA 98338, USA Please be sure to list your chapter name in the MEMO: section! There is no need to send in dues money throughout the year, just base your annual conference dues on the total number of members (new members, renewing members, transferring members, etc..) listed in your International "renewal packet." Those chapters that are arrears in dues are considered to be "not-in-good standing" within the conference and will be ineligible to vote at the annual business meeting, next August. Also, please update Gary Stevens with your new chapter mailing address and President's name and e-mail if that changes throughout the year! |
