Fred Andrew Morrow, age 54, died at his home in Tulsa of sudden cardiac arrest on September 25, 1998. He was a native of Arkansas City, KS and a 20-year veteran of the Tulsa Police Department, retiring in 1991 with the rank of sergeant. He subsequently owned Morrow Investigations. While on the Police force he was a homicide detective and later the training coordinator for the state's D.A.R.E. program. He also planned and conducted Tulsa's first Citizens Police Academy. He was a graduate of the University of Tulsa. Fred was an organ donor, a Shriner and a member of the Blue Knights Motorcycle Club. He was also a member of the F.O.P. Lodge 93, the Tulsa Police Retired Officer's Association and the Oklahoma Private Investigators Association. Fred is survived by: his wife, Barbara ``Bobbie'' Morrow; a brother, Otis Morrow, Arkansas City, KS; and two sisters, Dianne Morrow of Arkansas City, KS, and Debra ``D.J.'' Morrow of Tulsa. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and a daughter, Misty.
