James Morrison
(2013)
Transferred to Heaven I from PA II

James “Jimmy” Morrison entered Heaven One on August 29th, 2013 doing the two things he loved, riding his Harley and going to Culpeper VA for the Blue Ridge Rally with VA II over the Labor Day Weekend. Jimmy joined Blue Knight’s Chapter PA II in 1995. From the beginning he had a contagious laugh and a sense of humor about him. One could not help but to take a liking to him as soon as he started laughing. He was never without a smile and never lacked words and one liner’s for any given situation. All parties started when Jimmy arrived!

James Morrison served in the U.S. Army and was Honorably Discharged. After 9/11 he joined the U.S. Navy Reserve and then transferred over to the U.S. Air Force Reserve. Jimmy was deployed overseas in the War against Terrorism.

Jimmy served 13 years with the Philadelphia Housing Authority as a Police Office. He worked with the Drug Task Force and did undercover work for the Housing Authority and was also a Bicycle Officer. In 2007 Jimmy joined the ranks of the University of Pennsylvania Police Department where he became an integral part of their Motorcycle Unit.

Jimmy has been the Chapter’s President since 2009. He is survived by his Wife Wendy and Son James.

No road will be the same; no party will be the same without Jimmy.
